Overview: Absolute pacifist outlaw gunman living on a desert wasteland planet that's like the wild west, only infinitely more depressing in every way you can think of. Ignores the tragedy of his own life and deflects suspicion by being as obnoxious and cheerful as humanly possible at all times. Comes from a species of sentient nuclear reactors and considers himself responsible for the wellbeing of the entire human race. Actually a genius but you would pretty much never know it. Loves people above all else, empathetic to a fault, huge loser, etc.
Wish:Pacifistically, non-fatally depowering his brother who is game-breaking asshole
Powers: He has extremely fast reflexes and is impossibly good with a gun that he will never use on anyone, but other than that, N/A! His powers are stupid, take them.
First-Round Elimination? Preferably not but I'm chill with whatever!!
